  1. I think they are eluding that Drago is getting a injection of steroids aka "PED's". But realistically that needle is way too big and your would not inject in the shoulder. It would be injected in the glutes. I assume this fake boxing match would have some sort of drug testing (wouldn't matter anyway because it's in Russia and Russia is known for doping there athletes). So lets just say it's not steroids…it more likely would be a vitamin B shot.

  3. Dolph Lundgren has been battling cancer for several years. I think he did speculate somewhere that it could be steroid use for some of his roles that contributed to it. Anyway, he's a brilliant man, and I'm praying he is cured 🙏🙌

  5. @Tony_Jeffries I boxed for 12 years. I'm heavy-handed so to speak, but I've never hit 2180 psi on the measure. Is that even possible? My right hook was around 985. Was just weak? 😅

  7. My cousin Joey gamache was the featherweight champ of the world and he did stuff the old fashioned way . We have a hill called Goff hill he would run up it backwards. He was in excellent shape but not overly muscular. Heavy weights to my knowledge where ever used

  8. You are defining power clean and barbell clean incorrectly. A "clean" is when you pull a weight upward into a front squat position in a single movement, regardless of the weight being a barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell. There are two subcategories of cleans: full cleans and power cleans. It's a full clean when you receive the barbell in a deep squat position, by pulling yourself under the bar, and then squatting the weight upward after you catch it. It's a power clean when you receive the barbell in a power stance (standing position or quarter squat position), generally done with lighter weight. A "Clean and Jerk", which is what you referred to as a power clean, is an Olympic weightlifting lift in which you clean the barbell off the floor, and then quickly push the barbell over your heard. A "jerk" is similar to an overhead press except for that you use lower body momentum to quickly jerk the barbell over your head. In the clip, Ivan Drago was doing a power clean in the first clip, and then was doing a power clean an overhead press in the second clip.

  9. Knew a guy at the gym who was an amateur bodybuilder and big as hell. He got into a bar fight that I saw, and a kid 1/3 his size laid him down fast and hard that was a boxer. That reminded me of the story Stallone told when he told Dolph to actually hit him. Stallone claimed he wanted to get the shot for the movie, but I think adrenaline and testosterone were running hot and Sly knew Dolph was a boxer and thought he could stand toe to toe. Stallone took a punch to the heart and almost died and was away from the movie Rocky 4 for three days in the hospital. Boxing is bad ass
